Are you a teacher who has been pressured to give equal time to “alternate theories”?

GCISE will provide support. We already have helped some teachers fight pressure from principals and parents. Remember, the Supreme Court has declared that it is unconstitutional to teach creationism in the classroom.  The recent federal district court decision in Dover, PA, equates “intelligent design” with creationism.  Schools who teach or attempt to teach sectarian religious ideas in the classrooom open themselves up to very costly litigation.  Students who do not receive quality science education will not be prepared for college-level science classes.
